The Original
Here I just removed a few blemishes. You don't really notice them in the first picture, but you can tell a difference between the two. These are little things that don't need to be taken out, but that we notice in ourselves and sometimes feel more comfortable without.
Now these are just to show you what I could do, if you so desired. In this picture, I made our model's hair darker.
Then, I changed her brown eyes to blue.
And finally, I changed her purple eye shadow to a copper/brown color.
